Return Policy
We accept returns on most unopened products postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Items must be unopened with all seals intact. Please note that some manufacturers may impose a restocking fee for processing returns and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
We cannot accept returns on Customized Pill Packs/MedPax, Biotics Research, ProLon, Xymogen, DesBio or any Refrigerated Products.
Pleasecontact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note: if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number and/or return a product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
How Long Does Shipping Take
All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders ship within 48 hours if the product is in stock.
How Do I Manage My Subscription
After you log into your account, click the profile icon that has your name beside it.
Then navigate to the "Subscriptions" button on that drop-down menu.
Once there, click the "Status: Active" filter at the top of the subscriptions, so that it shows all active & inactive subscriptions. Now you may simply click on the arrow button labeled "Change" next to each product to make any necessary adjustments.
There, you can - Pause or Resume, Skip the Next Run, Edit Schedule, Shipping Address, Payment Method, or Cancel Subscription altogether.
You may update the Quantities within the Edit Schedule option.
